Minister of Works, Sen Umahi inspects the 56.10 kilometers Enugu-Port Harcourt Dual Carriageway under reconstruction in Abia State and the 15 kilometers Eleme to Onne Junction in East West Road Section 3, comprising of 3 lanes each in Port Harcourt, Rivers State
